Ken Harmon

Ken graduated from the University of the Pacific in 1982.  He has had a variety of sales, marketing and leadership responsibilities during thirteen successful years with a Fortune 50 pharmaceutical company.  He started a consulting business that emphasized supporting start-up companies needing reliable customer feedback, and using it for improved product quality and recommendations for maximizing growth.   

Ken attributes his professional success to focusing on customer care.  He is an active listener and prides himself in his ability to understand his client’s needs and offer timely responses with attention to detail.  Recipient of a prized leadership award with the Upjohn Co., Ken demonstrates commitment that exceeds expectations.  He is an Eagle Scout, an All-American water polo honoree and a nationally ranked marathon open water swimmer.  Ken has swum across the Maui Channel in under four hours and the length of Lake Tahoe in 11 hours and 19 minutes for charity. 

A native of Walnut Creek, Ken currently resides in Danville with his wife Marcia and son Ben.
