Rainey has been a consistent top performer throughout her mortgage career, consistently recognized for top mortgage production and exemplary levels of customer service.  Additionally, she spent 7 years on the investor side of the business, an experience that has supplied her with unsurpassed lending insight and knowledge when it comes to her clients’ residential financing needs.  Rainey specializes in assisting her clients with purchasing new homes, or refinancing their currently owned homes, as well as second homes and investment properties.

Most recently, Rainey worked for 8 years at Union Trust Mortgage Services where she originated loans for four years and over the remaining four years managed, mentored and coached 21 loan officers throughout the San Francisco Bay Area.  The recent closure of Union Trust Mortgage Services provided her the opportunity to join StoneCastle Land & Home Financial.    

In the year 2000, Rainey earned the designation “Loan Officer of the Year” from her peers in the East Bay Chapter of CAMB.  In 2001, 2002 and 2003 Rainey was awarded for top capture of purchase money transactions for in House Loan Officers throughout Union Trust Mortgage, Pacific Union Real Estate’s former in-house lending partner.  Additionally, in 2003, she was recognized by the parent company of Union Trust Mortgage Services, GMAC Home Services, by earning national recognition as Loan Officer of the Year for overall funding production as well as top capture rate within the company owned real estate office of Pacific Union Real Estate. 

Rainey is an active member in her trade organization, the California Associate of Mortgage Brokers, East Bay Chapter.  CAMB members provide the highest level of customer service, and conduct business in accordance within the organizations the Code of Ethics.  Rainey is also an active member of the National Association of Mortgage Brokers.
