Roy Elahi

  After graduating from the University of California at Berkeley in 1979, Roy Elahi began his career as a real estate person with Mason McDuffie.  In 1981, he co-founded Continental Investments, which specialized in acquiring and managing apartment buildings in the sunbelt states.  From 1981 to 1984, he focused his attention on     brokering commercial real estate.  In 1984, he began working in the residential lending field within the Savings and Loan industry.  In 1990, he left Glendale Federal Bank and founded First Equity Group, which he has owned and managed until 2008.  In August of 2008, he joined Stonecastle Land and Home Financial, Inc. in order to continue providing his clients with more aggressive rates and  continued high level and personalized services. In the course of his career, Roy Elahi has funded close to $500 million dollars in real   estate loans.  He and his family reside in Danville.
