Melanie Showalter offers her clients a unique blend of strong financial experience and a passionate interest about their home financing options. In 1979, she began her Real Estate career as a salesperson and was frustrated with the service her clients received when obtaining their financing for homes. Finally, in 1990 she realized her true calling was in the mortgage business. The most stand-out characteristic of Melanie is that she is nurturing to her clients. One of the significant ways she helps her client's achieve their real estate dreams is by imparting the lessons she has learned from buying and selling her own properties over the years. "I treat each client's situation as if it were my own home loan," she says, emphasizing her commitment to getting her clients the best possible mortgage terms. "I love working with people, I love the fast pace, and I like sharing my knowledge with others," she says.
