Susan Woodhams

Susan Woodhams is a Senior Mortgage Consultant at StoneCastle Land and Home Financial.  She has worked as a financial consultant for more than fifteen years helping clients achieve solutions to their personal finance and mortgage loan requirements. 

Susan has a unique ability to identify every opportunity to achieve homeownership.  Her expertise is assisting clients to establish realistic and achievable goals, emphasizing clients’ values and lifestyle desires.  She has an extensive background working with individuals who have credit issues and assisting them in resolving and rebuilding their credit scores.  

Her focus on building long-term relationships with her borrowers, versus being transactional driven, has translated into a high level of repeat clients as well as a consistent referral base.  Professional and timely delivery of service is a key component in working with her clients. 

With access to hundreds of lenders and a vast range of loan programs, Susan is able to secure the most desirable loan program for her clients.  She specializes in residential financing, commercial, land and construction loans as well as home equity and reverse mortgages.  

Susan is an active member of the California Association of Mortgage Brokers, Contra Costa Association of Realtors; Contra Costa Chapter of the Women’s Council of Realtors, San Ramon Realtors Marketing Association and has been a Danville resident since 1975.
